In the event that your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason, our system will notify you automatically and may invite you to settle the balance using an alternative payment method. 2. Prices, Taxes and Payment Methods
All prices, fees, and charges listed on this website are denominated in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) for UK customers and in EURO for Republic of Ireland customers. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will be charged for deliveries.

4. Customer Discount Codes & Promotional Vouchers
Where you apply a valid promotional code or customer voucher issued officially by coffeeb.co.uk in conjunction with a transaction, the following strict terms apply:
- Voucher Codes are exclusively applicable to orders meeting or exceeding the minimum purchase value specified in the offer details.
- Voucher Codes remain valid only until the explicitly published expiration date.
- Voucher Codes are STRICTLY non-transferable and only redeemable for purchases made directly on this website (www.coffeeb.co.uk).
- Only one individual Voucher Code may be applied per customer per unique transaction.
- We reserve the right to terminate, modify, or withdraw any active Voucher Codes at any time, including prior to the advertised end date, without liability or prior notice.
Any authorised discount or voucher codes applied to a subscription service will remain eligible and active for a maximum of four (4) sequential periodic transactions before automatically expiring.
Following the expiration of the discounted period, the subscription will renew at standard rates, or the user will need to establish a new subscription order profile utilizing a newly issued eligible code.
5. Pricing, Product Description Errors and Cancellations
While we make every commercial effort to ensure that all data, pricing, and descriptions on our platform are perfectly accurate, errors may occasionally manifest. If we discover an objective error in the price, specification, or core description of a product you have ordered, we maintain the explicit right to cancel your order at any point up until the physical dispatch of the product(s) to your address.
