Because we fulfil orders from our UK warehouse, shipping rates, customs rules, and return timeframes differ depending on whether your order is delivering to the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. Please review the relevant sections below before placing your order.

1. Delivery & Shipping Policy
United Kingdom Deliveries

  • Delivery Charges: Delivery is entirely free to all UK addresses using Royal Mail 48hr delivery. The only time a shipping charge applies is on specific promotional offers and discounts, which will be explicitly detailed in your basket.
  • Fulfilment Partners: Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail. Larger orders may be dispatched via courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 72 hours of processing.
  • Documentation: Please ensure you keep the receipts that accompany your order.

Republic of Ireland Deliveries (Cross-Border)
We offer reliable, trackable shipping directly from our UK warehouse to all addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping Rates & Times: Standard Delivery costs €[X.XX] (delivered within [X] to [X] business days). Express Delivery costs €[X.XX] (delivered within [X] to [X] business days). All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.

Orders €150 or Less: Irish VAT will be calculated and collected directly at our checkout. Under EU rules, a flat €3 customs duty applies per distinct item type within your parcel. [Developer Note/Choice: We collect this €3 fee at checkout so your parcel passes seamlessly through customs / This fee is not collected by us and must be paid by you to An Post/the courier prior to delivery].

Orders Over €150: These orders may be subject to additional EU Customs Duties depending on where the product was manufactured. All applicable taxes and duties will be clearly detailed at checkout so you will not face unexpected delivery fee surprises at your doorstep if paid at checkout.

⚠️ Important Delivery Notes (Applies to All Orders)
We do everything we can to meet the specified delivery times. However, delivery
times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control (such as payment authorisation delays) and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you immediately if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

2. Cancellations & Returns Policy

UK Change of Mind Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your purchase within 8 hours of ordering by emailing us at hello@coffeeb.co.uk.
  • UK Return Condition: To return an item, your product must be complete and in "ew" condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product, you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used, and it should be returned with the original box and packing. Any "Free Gifts" received with the product must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

Republic of Ireland Return Windows

  • Cooling-Off Period: Irish and EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel and return an online order. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your parcel to notify us that you wish to return your order.
  • ROI Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to physically post the items back to our UK return address.
  • ROI Return Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Policy Exclusions & Subscriptions (Both UK & ROI)
  • General Exclusions: We cannot accept returns if the product seal has been broken. We cannot accept returns on personalised items, custom-made specifications, or perishable goods. Sealed hygienic products cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
  • Subscription Orders: We cannot cancel subscription orders or offer a refund once they have been dispatched to you. To cancel an active subscription, you must access your account on the website using the ReCharge account information emailed to you when you started your subscription. If you face difficulties, please contact our support team for help.


3. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed safely and efficiently:

1. Notify Customer Service:
• ROI Customers: Email us at hello@coffeeb.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and item details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

• UK Customers: If outside the 8-hour cancellation window, please contact our support email to coordinate your return steps.

2. Package the Items Securely: Place the items back in their original packaging in an "new" condition, ensuring all original components and free gifts are included. Print and include your original invoice or a note clearly stating your Order Number (and RMA number for ROI returns) inside the box.


3. Label for Customs (CRITICAL FOR ROI RETURNS): For returns sent from the Republic of Ireland, you must clearly write "RETURNED GOODS — UK OBLIGATED RETURN" on the outside of the parcel. This ensures UK Customs does not mistakenly charge import duties on your return, which would result in the package being rejected and sent back to you.


4. Post the Package: Mail the package using a trackable shipping service to our designated return address:

Note: We highly recommend using a trackable service (like An Post Registered Post or Royal Mail Recorded), as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit.


4. Refunds & Return Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to our UK warehouse.
  • Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault not caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label or fully reimburse your postage costs.


Refund Disbursal

  • UK Orders: If you follow the required return steps, you will receive a full refund of the product price and any outbound delivery charges paid.
  • ROI Orders: You will receive a full refund for the product price. If you return your entire order, we will refund our standard outbound delivery fee (if you chose express shipping, only the standard shipping equivalent is refunded). If you only return part of an order, outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that under Irish Revenue rules, the €3 low-value customs duty is non-refundable on returns unless the item is proven faulty.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our UK warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days back to your original payment method.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, or in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email at hello@coffeeb.co.uk.
