HOW TO REGISTER
Find your machine serial number
Your serial number is an 18-digit number beginning with 11. You can find it in any of the three places listed below. Then, just enter a few details and your date of purchase into the form beneath these instructions, and you’re good to go.
If you've already got your coffee machine up and running, remove the water tank, turn your CoffeeB machine over and look for the bardcode on the base plate. Your 18-digit serial number is printed here.
It comes printed on the inner display box too, at the top near the handle (the one with the product images on it). Check the white barcode label on the outside and look for the 18-digit serial number beginning with 11.
Locate the barcode label on the outside of the original box that your machine first arrived in. Look for the 18-digit number beginning with 11.

Machine Registration
To complete your CoffeeB machine registration enter your details on the form below, along with the 18-digit serial number and your date of purchase.

Machine Support
If you need a repair or a replacement machine under its warranty contact either the freephone number or email address above. We will arrange for your machine to be either:
a) Repaired
We will arrange to collect your machine the following day (if before 3.00pm) and returned it back to the pick-up address.
All repairs are covered with a 12-month warranty. If your machine can’t be repaired but is still in warranty we will replace it with a new machine. This may take up to 14 days If it is out of warranty we will offer you ether a new or nearly new machine to replace it.
Make sure you register your machine with us to extend your 12-month warranty.
OR
b) Replaced
We will arrange to collect your machine the following day (if before 3.00pm) and at the same time leave you with a nearly new completely refurbished machine at no extra cost.
